MWIN Corrugated Sidewall Conveyor Belt is a high-performance, heavy-duty conveyor belt engineered for large-inclination (0°-90°) and vertical bulk material handling. Manufactured by Qingdao MWIN Industry And Trade Co., Ltd., it integrates a robust base belt, flexible corrugated sidewalls, and reinforced transverse cleats to form enclosed material-carrying compartments, enabling efficient, spillage-free conveying in space-constrained environments.

This conveyor system is widely used in mining, cement, coal, ports, grain, and chemical industries, replacing traditional bucket elevators and complex multi-transfer systems.

Structure & Components

MWIN's corrugated sidewall belt features a three-part integrated design, bonded via high-temperature vulcanization for exceptional structural integrity:

Base Belt (Carrying & Traction Core)

Reinforcement: Textile (polyester/nylon) or steel cord carcass, with tensile strength ranging from EP100 to ST2000 kN/m, supporting heavy loads and long conveying distances
Rubber Compounds: Wear-resistant top cover (abrasion loss: 80-250 mm³), low-friction bottom cover, and thickened edge protection

Corrugated Sidewalls (Skirts)

Design: Wave-shaped (sinusoidal, W-type) rubber sidewalls, flexible enough to bend around pulleys
Specifications: Height from 50 mm to 400 mm, thickness 6-15 mm; available in standard and high-strength grades
Function: Prevent lateral spillage and enable steep-angle conveying up to 90°

Transverse Cleats (Cross Partitions)

Types: T-type, C-type, TC-type (tapered), and vertical cleats, customized for material characteristics
