The chevron pattern also aids in drainage and material discharge, reducing residue buildup.
Cleats and base belt are vulcanized as one piece, eliminating cleat detachment risks even under heavy cyclic loading.
Cleat heights (5mm-32mm as standard), angles, and pitches are selected based on material (powdery, granular, sticky, bagged) and conveyor inclination. Hardness options typically range from 45 Shore A (softer for delicate goods) to 60 Shore A (abrasion-resistant for ores/aggregates).
Carcass options include fabric (polyester, nylon) or steel cord for tensile strength; top covers can be enhanced with oil, chemical, or weather-resistant rubber compounds.
