CONREMA Cold Repair System for On-Site Continental Conveyor Belt Maintenance

Surface cuts, gouges and local wear do not always require hot vulcanization shutdown. Continental CONREMA cold repair system enables room-temperature on-site repair without heavy vulcanizing equipment for fast emergency fixes.

CONREMA includes cold repair compound, repair patch and primer. Steps: Grind damaged zone, clean and dry surface, apply primer, mount repair patch and compress for curing. No big vulcanizer required. Suitable for remote mine and port emergency maintenance to seal defects and stop water ingress to reinforcement layer.

Applications: Surface cuts and small gouges. Important note: Cold repair cannot replace steel cord splice repair. Broken cords and large delamination still require hot splicing. CONREMA handles surface damage, extends belt life and creates maintenance window.
