MWIN heat resistant rubber conveyor belt is a heavy-duty engineered bulk handling belt specially developed for
continuous transportation of high-temperature bulk solids. Manufactured with premium heat-stabilized EPDM /
modified SBR rubber cover compound and high-strength EP polyester canvas carcass, this belt effectively resists
thermal aging, oxidation, cracking and hardening under sustained hot material contact. It is widely supplied for
cement, metallurgy, steel, thermal power, chemical and foundry industries worldwide, complying with ISO 4195,
ISO9001 and CE standards, with stable quality and customizable dimensions for different working conditions.
Features:
- Outstanding Thermal Stability: Resists thermal oxidation, hardening and cracking. The
self-formed carbonized barrier blocks heat transfer to the internal fabric layers, greatly extending service
life compared with ordinary rubber belts.
- Strong Adhesion Performance: Stable interlayer bonding strength. No delamination, bubbling
or peeling under long-term alternating hot & cooling cycles.
- High Tensile & Impact Resistance: EP carcass delivers low stretch under heavy load,
good impact resistance when receiving falling hot bulk materials.
- Good Wear Resistance: Heat-resistant cover also retains good abrasion resistance, suitable
for sharp and abrasive hot materials like clinker, sinter and slag.
- Full Customization: Flexible on width, ply number, cover thickness, heat grade and special
structures. OEM & ODM orders are accepted.
- Strict Quality Control: Each batch undergoes aging test, adhesion test, tensile test before

Temperature Grades :
MWIN offers multiple heat-resistant grades to meet different continuous and peak material temperatures (classified
per ISO 4195):
- T1 Grade: Continuous material temperature ≤100°C; peak instantaneous temperature up to
125°C. SBR base compound, cost-effective for mild heat conditions.
- T2 Grade: Continuous material temperature ≤125°C; peak instantaneous temperature up to
150°C. Enhanced anti-aging formula, suitable for hot pellets, medium-temperature sinter.
- T3 Grade: Continuous material temperature ≤150°C; peak instantaneous temperature up to
180°C. EPDM rubber cover, excellent anti-oxidation performance, the most popular grade for cement clinker
and sintered ore.
- T4 Grade (Ultra Heat Resistant): Continuous material temperature ≤200°C; short peak
temperature up to 400°C. Premium EPDM compound with heat stabilizers, for extreme hot bulk materials.
