Belt Structure

1. Carcass (Reinforcement Layer): Multi-layer woven nylon canvas (NN). Both warp and weft are nylon fiber, impregnated with special adhesive to achieve outstanding interlayer bonding strength. It delivers high tensile strength, great flexibility and superb flex-fatigue resistance.
2. Top Cover Rubber: Main wear-resistant layer, directly contacting bulk materials. Available in general wear-resistant, oil-resistant, heat-resistant, cold-resistant, flame-retardant and acid/alkali resistant grades.
3. Bottom Cover Rubber: Supports the belt running on idler rollers, absorbs impact and reduces friction loss.
4. Edge Rubber: Protect canvas layers from edge cracking, water and debris penetration.
