Every batch is produced to a consistent 65 ± 5 Shore A hardness and controlled density, giving predictable compression performance and a long service life under continuous animal traffic, scraper cleaning and wash-down. Textured surfaces — studded, ribbed, diamond or coin — are selected by zone: grip in walkways, cushioning in lying areas, easy cleaning around feed and water lines.

Packing and Shipping:

Each mat is PE-film wrapped and stacked in units of 26–40 sheets depending on thickness, secured on 1850 × 1250 mm ISPM-15 pallets with PET strapping and edge protectors. Approx. 460–490 sheets of 12 mm mats load per 20'GP container. Marking, stacking and pallet specs can be tailored to customer requirements.
