• Application: Mining, quarrying, and high-drop loading zones (≤3m drop height).

• Structure: Troughing/parallel idlers with side guide rollers or a rotating frame.
• Function: Automatically correct belt misalignment (a common issue causing edge wear).
• Application: Long-distance, high-speed conveyors (ports, power plants).

• Structure: Gradually angled rollers (between troughing and flat sections).
• Function: Smoothly transition the belt from flat (at pulleys) to troughed (carrying side), reducing belt stress and fatigue.

Each Conveyor Idler Roller is carefully packaged to ensure maximum protection during transit. The rollers are individually wrapped in protective materials to prevent scratches and damage. They are then securely placed in sturdy cardboard boxes with cushioning materials to absorb shocks and vibrations.
